Are you concerned about your body and finances? Do you need practical tips to better manage your health and money?
Wuwong obtained a Ph.D. in biochemistry and an MBA in finance. Do her degrees matter? Thousands achieve similar academic success. Yet, how many people started a biotech company and went from having fifty dollars in her checking account to a six-figure annual investment earning? In addition, how did she apply her training and knowledge to overcome genetic predispositions (obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol) to stay slim, robust, and healthy in her late sixties?
Read this booklet today and learn Wuwong’s realistic approach based on biblical principles to help you care for what God has entrusted you.

Reading this book was a joy. Rather than being dragged through lots of numbers and theories, the reader is given sound practical advice that is easy to follow IF he wants to. Ultimately all the advice given is of no value at all unless readers take it to heart and begin to apply it to their lives. Then it will be worth the time that the author invested to write the book in the first place. I would love to know a few years from now how many people purchased this book as that step is the first to a longer, happier life. Do read and thrive as a result.

I expected from this book something like religious-esoteric advice that selectively works. But the book turned out to be surprisingly practical. The advice for financial and physical health is very simple, but don't let that fool you. They are based not on unfounded theoretical knowledge, but on the great personal experience of the author. The author's track record is very much in line with the gems of knowledge that are scattered throughout the book.
I liked the presentation of advice on improving these aspects of life, which contributes to their implementation. You will be fascinated while reading this book.

A Note from the Author
While I was a graduate student at Ohio State University, Lily took care of me like her own sister. Although Covid-19 still prevented people from traveling freely, I told my husband Ken, “Lily is in her eighties. We ought to make a special trip to see her.”
A visit to this old friend brought back many recollections, some painful, some sweet. During our time together, Lily talked about our shared past. “I remember your father passed away when you were sixteen. Your mother once mentioned to me you have a bad family history of high cholesterol, diabetes, and weight issues. I noticed your mother was overweight and had diabetes. Back then, even at the tender age of twenty, you appeared rather chubby.”
She grasped my hand, her lips curling into a grin. “Look at you now. You’re in your late sixties, right? You’re slim and robust. What did you do to overcome your genetic predispositions, even when the statistics aren’t in your favor? You should share your tips. I’m sure others will benefit from them.”
Her words triggered such intense emotions that I became tongue-tied. Memories of my entire lifetime crashed over me, leaving one truth in their wake—God has guided us through insurmountable challenges to reach our current status, not only with my health but also with wealth and good relationships.
My husband, Ken, is a retired pastor, and together, he and I served at three different churches from 1987 to 2020. During that time, we counseled quite a few couples, and I made an interesting observation. Financial anxieties hurt health and relationships. The reverse is also true. Poor relationships affect people’s well-being and prevent them from pursuing their dreams, and illness disrupts marriage and a person’s pursuit of financial independence. Health, wealth, and relationships intertwine so intimately that it is difficult to single any of them out.
No, we aren’t wealthy like Bill Gates or Warren Buffett, but have achieved financial independence. When we got married, the combined dollar amount in our checking account was less than fifty dollars. Yet we’ve come a long way! We can retire early on our own terms and donate sizeable sums of money to selected nonprofit organizations.
In the following chapters, I hope my shared stories will help you improve your health and wealth.
